It’s the season for travel. Many of our custodians have traversed North America and Europe the past month, making stops at Attention: Govern or be governed, The Future of Democracy: Speech, Thought, Sovereignty, and Power in the Age of Platforms and AI, and UNDP New Ways of Governing. We’re bolstered by the momentum behind building resilient social technologies for the public good.
This week, we’re traveling again to meet in person and discuss the next phase of the FOF campaign and Eurosky. We will have more updates soon.
Eurosky Live
We are excited to introduce Eurosky Live, our first in-person event taking place on November 19. The one-day conference in Berlin brings together technologists, policymakers, investors and business leaders on a mission to build European public interest alternatives to the dominant US social media giants. The Eurosky team has been hard at work building European-based infrastructure on AT Protocol, and the conference will feature several apps created within the ecosystem.
Talks include keynotes by Heike Raab and Markus Beckedahl, and panels featuring Alexandra Geese, Paul Nemitz, Rose Wang, and presentations showcasing some of the new apps built on AT Protocol. View the full agenda.
